1 to 3 people

$29/person/month

$29, $58 or $87 a month.

4 or 5 people

$99/month

Four or five people, the same $99 a month.

6 to 100 people

+$20/person/month

$99 for the first five, then $20 for each person after that. Ten people is $199 a month.

Each person includes one computer; extra computers or servers are $29 a month. Members pay half for on-site visits and projects: $75/hour (non-members $150/hour). More than 100 people? Start with a free assessment and we’ll quote it.

The everyday work is in the plan, for everyone on it. Ask as often as you need. We don’t count tickets or hours.

Unlimited helpdesk

Remote help by phone or email for the whole team, Monday to Friday, 8 to 5 Pacific.

Computers & devices

Setup, updates, printers, phones and the “it was working yesterday” problems, on Windows and Mac.

Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace

Accounts, licences, shared mailboxes, mobile sync and the spam that keeps getting through.

Networks & Wi-Fi

Routers, switches, access points and VPNs, kept configured, patched and actually fast.

Everyday security

Antivirus, password hygiene, multi-factor setup and a straight answer when something looks suspicious.

We deal with the vendors

Internet provider, software support lines, hold music. You forward it to us and get on with your day.

Projects are quoted: migrations, new office or network setups, security programs and compliance work, plus on-site visits in San Juan County, WA (quoted elsewhere), and the cost of hardware and software licences. Members pay $75/hour for on-site visits and projects, half the $150/hour non-member rate. We’ll always tell you before anything falls outside the plan.
