About us

A technology partner that owns the outcome.

Most organisations have inherited their technology rather than chosen it: a stack of vendors, contracts and undocumented decisions that nobody fully understands. We exist to replace that with something deliberate.

Our approach

Proactive first, reactive when it matters

The measure of good IT support isn’t how fast tickets get closed. It’s how few of them get raised. Everything we do is built around removing recurring problems rather than servicing them indefinitely.

  • Assess before advising. No recommendation goes out before we’ve looked at the actual environment: assets, network, security, backups, licensing.
  • Document relentlessly. Diagrams, runbooks and inventories are part of the deliverable, not a favour. You keep them, whatever happens to our relationship.
  • Vendor-neutral by default. We hold the partnerships that help us buy and support well, and we’ll still tell you when the incumbent product is the right answer.
  • Explain in plain language. Reporting that a finance director can read without a translator, and that an engineer can still act on.
  • Test the safety net. Where we manage your backups, we schedule restore tests with you, and we help you rehearse recovery and incident response before they’re needed.

Engagement models

Buy it the way that suits your business

Some clients want everything handled for a fixed monthly fee. Others want a specialist for six weeks. Both are fine. The delivery standard doesn’t change.

Managed Services Agreement

One monthly price per person for everyday remote support, as listed on our plans page. Monitoring, patching programmes, reporting and reviews can be added by written quote.

Co-managed IT

We work alongside your internal team, taking specialist workstreams, overflow or after-hours support by arrangement, without displacing anyone.

Project-based

Migrations, implementations, rollouts and builds delivered against a fixed scope, timeline and price.

Break/fix

Hourly or per-project work with no ongoing commitment. Useful for organisations testing the relationship before committing.

Retainer & advisory

A standing block of senior time for architecture decisions, vendor selection and roadmap work.

Fractional CIO / CTO

Staff augmentation and executive-level technology leadership for organisations that need the judgement without the headcount.

One-time audits

Standalone technology assessments, security reviews and compliance readiness checks, delivered as a written report.

Subscription packaging

SaaS-style per-user or per-device pricing for organisations that budget by headcount rather than by project.

White-label & referral

Back-end delivery for other providers, plus reseller and referral partnerships across Microsoft, Google and leading security vendors.

Operational rhythm

What an ongoing relationship actually looks like

Managed services can mean almost anything. Here’s the kind of recurring work we can take on. What’s included for you is what’s on our plans page or in your quote.

Employee onboarding

Device, accounts, licences, security baseline and orientation training, ready before someone’s first morning.

Offboarding

Access revocation, secure data wipe, licence reclaim and mailbox handover, done promptly once you tell us someone is leaving, and logged.

Device refresh programmes

A rolling replacement cycle with budget visibility, so hardware ages out on plan rather than on failure.

Remote work kits

Standardised home office setups (hardware, secure access and support), shipped and configured.

Quarterly business reviews

Health scorecards, ticket trends, security posture, roadmap progress and next quarter’s budget in one session.

Health scorecards

Patch compliance, backup verification, endpoint coverage and risk items, reported in a format you can forward to a board.

“The best technology partner is the one you think about least, because everything works, the reporting is honest and the budget holds no surprises.”
