Freewave.Tech is a service of Carrot & Flower LLC, doing business as Freewave.Online (“we”, “us”), which operates this website. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site or send us a message, and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you fill in the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to send: typically your name, email address, company and the content of your message. Server logs may record your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

If you sign up for a plan, we also receive your phone number, the number of people and computers on your plan, and your billing address. Payments are handled by Stripe: your card details go to Stripe and we never see or store the full card number. To deliver the service we keep your account, the people you add to it, and the support emails and requests you send us. When we support your systems, our remote access, monitoring and backup tools also collect technical information about the devices and accounts we look after, such as device and user names, installed software and security events.

How we use it

We use personal information to reply to you, to provide, bill for and improve our services, to keep our systems and yours secure, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any follow-up work, then deleted or archived according to our normal records practice.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
